Boho Chic Bamboo Shelves 1970s MCM Italian Dal Vera Bookcase Rattan Blonde

A rare and attractive Mid Century bamboo freestanding shelving unit in lovely condition. Most likely made in Italy the early 1970s by Mid Century furniture icons Del Vera, this charming display piece will add lovely blonde colouring, versatility and a striking Boho-Chic look to any interior. 
 
Made from mature bamboo, this three-tiered unit has rattan weaving, curved bamboo supports and bamboo-bordered rattan-covered shelves. The top shelf has a rare and attractive three-sided bamboo back, making it a rare and outstanding and versatile bookcase, organiser or display unit. 
 
Owned by one family since its initial purchase, this is a very rare and appealing, versatile and genuine late Mid Century unit, which won’t fail to impress in any setting in the home. 
 
CONDITION
This is in very good condition. Structurally sound, sturdy and all complete, the only signs to show its five-decade age are some minor to-be-expected marks and blemishes, which only add to its genuine vintage appeal. Overall it's a charming Boho-Chic piece in really lovely condition and if well looked after it should remain so for many decades to come – please see the photos.
