Antique Bone Inlaid Table Moroccan Accent Table Aesthetic Movement Ebonised

A fabulously decorative, rare and special antique bone inlaid North African table in lovely condition. Likely made around 1900 in Morocco, this stunning piece makes an ideal sofa or end table and would enhance any interior with its striking two-tone colouring and wonderful bygone decorative charm.  
 
Made of solid ebonised wood, the rich black colouring beautifully accentuates its wonderful shape, silhouetting the table against lighter backgrounds. It features a beautifully turned shapely pedestal trunk and turned sloping base, which support a stunningly intricate tabletop.
 
The fabulous top is packed with wonderfully detailed and delicate fretwork floral carvings, which surround a fabulously eye-catching concentric black and white bone inlaid centrepiece.  
 
This stunning table puts a wonderful North African twist on European Aesthetic Movement furniture of the late 19th Century and will be a knockout in any setting. 
 
CONDITION
This is in very good condition. Structurally sound, it shows only the most minor to-be-expected signs of its age and if well looked after it should be just as magnificent in another century or more – please see the photos.
